Soak in the complex hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing. Access to the Telluride Ski Area is a couple of blocks walk to the base of Lift 7. The main street bustle is a simple 6-8 minute walk to the east. The Palm Theatre is next door, and the main grocery store is a couple of blocks to the south. The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.
