Testimonials

Beautiful, comfortable and fun
by Tracy on 04/25/2021
Beautiful cabin, comfortable furnishings and warmth, well equipped kitchen and linens. The hottub and game tables were fun additions for my family and kept us at the cabin a little longer, off the road a little longer. We did go in to Yellowstone and the distance back and forth was tolerable, about 35 minutes. Truly enjoyed our stay. Overall great experience!

Better than expected
by Rex on 09/23/2020
Walking in the place was cleaner and bigger than expected. The check in process was so easy. They had small touches like puzzles, local information, and a grill. We didn't have any complaints and we felt like we had everything we would have at home.

Lovely, Rustic, and Wild
by Jennifer on 09/18/2020
This cabin was exactly as pictured. Every was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to kickback, cook, and sleep. This cabin is modern and beautiful, but keep in mind that it is still a cabin. There is a decent amount of creeking and settling. The walls are thin and noise echoes throughout. This was fine for my family because we went to bed and woke up around the same time. We had a wonderful time here and I would rent again.

Hickory stay
by Bryan on 08/13/2020
Our stay was SO fun! Our family fully enjoyed the foosball and airhockey games as well as the hot tub and fire pit! The cabin is nice but not to nice, like a comfortable, lived in feeling. It was perfect for our family of four.

Hickory Cabin Review
by Janet on 06/22/2019
This was a lovely cabin in the woods. It was BIG! More than enough room for my little family. It would be great for a group or a large family. We were sad that there was no tv and that the wifi wasn't working due to high winds. Luckily we came to visit Yellowstone and that took up most of our time. Decent location for such a visit. Owners/Management was very responsive.

Peace
by Jennifer on 10/23/2018
We stayed 4 nights and they were amazing. The house has everything that you need, the trees, the peace , the sounds of nature is what we were looking for and that is what we got. The game tables were a plus for my 6 year old granddaughter :). The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after dinner. We had a beautiful time there. thank you for sharing your home with us . We will be back one day again :)

Would go again.
by Sandy on 06/17/2018
The first morning we were there we found that there was absolutely no hot water. It was like trying to shower in an ice storm. I let the manager know, and they had it fixed within a couple hours. I loved it. Quick to respond if we had any issues. The cabin was great, cozy, and my kids absolutely loved it. The scenery was gorgeous, and we enjoyed going out at night to see the stars from the back porch. We had a marvelous time, and look forward to going back again.

Our Stay was Great
by Richard on 08/17/2017
Location is perfect for visiting Yellowstone and surrounding areas. The cabin itself is roomy and well furnished for a group stay, the hot tub is a nice touch after a long day of hiking. Communication was clear and simple, the entire stay was great and excellent value for money.

Great Time

Wonderful place!!

We had an amazing time at Hickory Inn. The only thing we wished was if the property was closer to the park's west gate.

I Would Definitely Stay Again!
by Noe on 07/15/2016
this house was perfect very clean and neat. My kids and nephews loved the house and they didn't want to go back. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends any time.

Great cabin in the woods!
by David R. on 08/17/2015
We stayed here for 4 nights in August. House was as described and very comfortable and roomy. It was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub a few times and did a fire in the fire pit a couple of times (wasn't sure about having a fire since there were many forest fires burning in the region) but we kept them small. We visited West Yellowstone, Yellowstone National Park and some local sites as well. And don't miss out on eating at Boondocks just down the road! We would definitely stay there again! We even had a nice bull moose in the yard the last morning! Made for some great pictures (at a safe distance of course).
