The newly renovated backside of the house offers a spacious view of the ocean through a wall of windows. There is Air Conditioning throughout the home. First floor - All Oak hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with dual fuel range, a chefs dream kitchen. There is a separate bar area with refrigerator drawer and separate ice maker drawer. The private deck gives you a beautiful view of the ocean, the cove and mother's beach, excellent for evening cocktails and dinner. There are three other bedrooms, one with Queen, one with King, and one with extra long twin beds (upon request can be made up to be converted into King Size Bed for your stay - you must indicate at time of booking if you need this to be done prior to your arrival), two baths and a small office equipped with wireless inkjet printer with access from two staircases. REVIEWS FROM PAST RENTERS: This was my dream home to rent. The water views are spectacular along with the nice sandy beach and play area for children. The home had everything you needed. The kitchen was like a chef's kitchen for all inside and outside cooking. The beds are very comfortable and you really sleep well. This home is great if you have grandparents or in-laws with you they can be on one side of the house upstairs bedroom master and other family members on the other side.
