There is also a public path/walkway to the small beach area where you can walk to Strawberry Island or KBIA. This home is multi-level home. Entry way with wet bar, second level open concept kitchen, dining area, living room with oversized deck overlooking the ocean. There are two staircases in this area; one staircase goes to the primary suite which has a King bed, cathedral ceiling and split A/C unit. There is also a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second staircase is a separate wing comprised of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (1) Queen; (1) Full; (2) Twins; and (1) Trundle. There is a fenced-in patio area, in-ground pool heated, along with outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Nicely groomed backyard. Oversized 14' x 30' deck with ocean views Linens and Towels are included in this rental. A month stay or longer - A Tenant responsible and agreeable to having a cleaner go in weekly to clean during their stay. KBR will assist in organizing a cleaner for tenant.
