Located in a gated community, if you are looking for the quintessential tropical Hawaiian yard, you have found it. Hawaii is outdoor living and this ties it all together with an ocean view. 2 sets of French doors open into the great room of the house where you are greeted by beautiful bamboo flooring and tall ceilings. Art niches create the style of the great room. The great room opens to the kitchen through a large breakfast bar. The kitchen has ample storage in the maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite counter tops. Work space abounds and the work triangle moves easily. For convenience, a half bath is off the kitchen. 2 guest rooms, a full bath and laundry room complete this wing of the house which leads to the 2-car garage. The home is equipped with central AC and ceiling fans throughout.

The primary bedroom suite is separated from the other guest rooms on the other side of the house. There are sliding glass doors that lead out onto a private lanai for the master or to the pool.  Primary suite features a large walk-in master closet, and master bath complete with luxurious soaking tub, glass shower, double sinks and long open counter tops.

There is a 5 night minimum stay/10 during Ironman & Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Hawaii Tax ID/125-066-4448-01.  Hawaii County has passed an Vacation Rental law that includes a Good Neighbor policy. This law states quiet times are from 9:00 pm tp 8:00 am.  Noise travels in quiet neighborhoods. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home and on the lanai.  They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
