This townhouse is located in Kingswood Village. The complex is located in the heart of the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. It features a wonderful summer tennis court, pool, and small exercise facility. Your home overlooks a quiet parklike area perfect for the kids to play. The loft bedroom has 2 single beds. Plenty of things to do close by in the town of Kings Beach. Shopping, public beach, and the casino nightlife at Stateline are only 5-10 minutes away. In the winter,enjoy a complimentary shuttle for great skiing at Northstar. For those who love to golf you'll be mintues to Brockway Golf course. Hiking,fishing,snowmobiling or just enjoying all the beauty of Lake Tahoe, this is the perfect place for your next family vacation, family reunion or just a quiet getaway! Also, in 2009, the owners finished a wonderful remodel including new paint, new carpets, and a new sofa and love seat in the living room. Please note: Since the remodel the owner requests that shoes are not worn inside the home. MAXIMUM CARS ALLOWED: 2 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT.
PLEASE NOTE: This condo does not have a BBQ because the complex does not allow them, please do not bring your own open flame BBQ's with you because the Home Owner's Association will fine you heavily. The only type of BBQ allowed is an electric one. Thank you for your understanding.***

The space is as listed and definitely centrally located to the resort and town. It does take a minute to heat up but once there, the home was very comfortable. Definitely a good base for a fun Tahoe trip. Thank you!

Great place in a great location. Kings Beach is right around the corner along with many restaurants/shops/grocery stores and fun activities an entire family can enjoy. We shared this condo with another family with kids and never once did this place feel to small. It was our first time using Lake Tahoe Accommodations and they were great we will definitely be using them for our next Tahoe vacation. Easy check in/out and they even give you a little gift basket. Thanks for a great vacation.

Once again, Mavis, your vacation planner I have had the pleasure of calling for the past several years, booked us for a ten day stay in Kingswood Village. We enjoyed our stay in KWC 1055 and would recommend this unit to others. I liked the corner location with the large commons area in front, it made it feel less crowded around you. We truly enjoyed our 7 day stay in Kingswood Village! The condo had been recently updated and was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable, with queens in each bedroom and twins in the loft. The kitchen was well equipped and even had dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags & a few staples (salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc). They provided ample linens and we appreciated the fact that a washer/dryer was located inside the unit. The unit's location in Kings beach was perfect. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was great to work with, too. They even provided us with a tote bag and bottle of wine when we checked in! For the price, we hit the jackpot with this unit and certainly will book again when we return to Tahoe!

Our family of five (which includes three teenagers) was very comfortable in this home! We stayed for four nights and probably spent equal amounts of time at the property and exploring Lake Tahoe. The kitchen was well-stocked with any equipment you might need, and the updates in the home are beautiful. If pressed I'd say the only small "complaint" we had was that the beds were a little too firm for our taste, but that's not something that would keep us from coming back. The location is great, very close to King's Beach but just far enough up the road that you don't have to worry about traffic or noise. Lake Tahoe Accommodations was very easy to work with, with great customer service. We'll definitely be back!

Our family of 7 (6 adults plus one teen) was very comfortable in this 3 bedroom plus loft unit. The kitchen was supplied with all of the pots and pans for cooking all of our meals. The living room area is smallish but the high ceilings and lots of natural light make for a nice space. I would rent this unit again. It is an internal unit which has a nice view of the central grass area. We've stayed at various units in this condo complex over the years, it is very affordable and a very short drive to Northstar for skiing and to the small casinos at Crystal Bay. Our only disappointment was that the condo development's hot tub has been permanently shut down. The property management company was great to work with.

We enjoyed our time spent in this unit. Its a great location and has plenty of room. Its also a good layout. However, it could use some updating. The bedroom furniture all looks like its from the 60"s. But the living area is very comfortable and updated. Kitchen has everything you need. Good value, clean, and overall nice unit.

Our family stayed at Kiingswood Village 1055 for a family reunion. Other members of the family were scattered throughout the property, and everyone had a great time. Kingswood Village is a perfect venue for family events. Our condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for meal prep, etc.
