Property Information
All our cabin interiors are designed for your ultimate comfort. They are luxuriously equipped with the many appliances, linens, and kitchen settings. Our cabins include:
High-Def, Flat Screen TV, Satelite TV Washer & Dryer, Central Air Conditioning, Full Dining Set, All Linens, Our kitchen appliances include stainless steel ranges, refridgerators, microwaves, and dishwashers. Small appliances include a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, toaster, and a butchers block knife set.
Dinnerware includes an eight piece dinnerware set with glassware and silverware.
Our cabins' bedding includes bedding, blankets, bath towels, and dish towels.

Our English Manor style cabin is an elegant, two bedroom facility featuring a queen size bed and two twin size beds. The full size bathroom includes a tub and shower combination.
This English Manor style cabin is decorated with dark wood, leather wall coverings and rich warm colors to make each guest feel at home. The upscale decor in this cabin will make your family gatherings a memorable occasion.
The large, modern kitchen comes with all the amenities needed for your family gatherings including a dining area. The exquisite living room has a gas fireplace encased in brick from floor to ceiling.
Attached to this cabin is a two stall,heatedgarage with remote openers as well as a large, covered porch for enjoying the magnificent views of the Jamestown Reservoir.
Yorkshire:
Our Yorkshire style cabin is also a two bedroom facility with a queen size bed and two twin size beds. This cabin also includes a two stall, insulated garage with remote openers as well as a large, covered porch for enjoying the scenic views.
This Yorkshire style cabin is decorated with warm, rich colors, wood wainscot and a combination of chic, country style furnishings. This cabin is perfect for family gatherings, romantic getaways and peaceful retreats.
The full size bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. The large, modern kitchen comes with all the amenities including a dining area. The warm, comfortable living room includes a craftsman style, gas fireplace encased in light, earth tone colored brick from floor to ceiling.
Mission:
The Manager's favorite, this Mission style cabin with two bedrooms one containing two XL twin beds the other with two regular twin beds is perfect for women's gatherings and gentlemen's sporting getaways.
The mission style lighting, oak trim and wainscot along with rich area rugs over warm stamped and colored concrete floors pulls together the look of this unique cabin.
The full size bath includes a large four foot shower. The floor to ceiling gas, stone fireplace is the anchor to this unique mission style decor.
After the day, you can come home to the cabin's has a large covered porch perfect for relaxing conversation while viewing our beautiful lake. This cabin is a perfect home away from home.
Heirloom:
This popular loft style cabin is quaint, cozy and romantic. This two story cabin provides unique views overlooking the picturesque countryside.
The master bedroom has an intimate seating area with a rocking chair for reading or relaxing. This open living room, dining area makes for exceptional conversation and camaraderie.
The rich stone fireplace and warm wood vaulted ceiling add to the intimacy of this cozy retreat. The cabin has a covered entrance and an outdoor patio for fresh air and conversation.
After the day, you can come home to the cabin's large covered porch perfect for relaxing conversation while viewing our beautiful lake. This cabin is a perfect home away from home.
Tuscan
The newest cabin to our resort. This two story cabin has a one bedroom and a loft sitting room perfect to curl up on the sofa with a good book.
This cabin also features the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the small kitchen appliances. It has an 8 piece dinnerware set and all silverware, bakeware and cookware also provided.
The cabin is surrounded by a large dry creek bed unique with rock. The large covered porch is perfect for a relaxing view of the resort.

*Cancellation policy: All units require a 50% deposit
*Smoking is allowed in the cabins' garages and porches.
*Any excessive cleaning, any damages or anything missing will be billed to your account at double the cost to cover shipping and handeling.
*We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
*Rates subject to change without notice.
Cabins require a 50% deposit. You are responsible for the full time reserved. We have a 60 day cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival dates will be cancelled with a $50.00 charge for handling. If less than 60 days, and we are unable to refill your reservation, you will lose your deposit and be billed for the remainder of the reservation. |

Located just outside Jamestown in central North Dakota, Lakeview Meadow offers the perfect vacation next to the Jamestown Reservoir and just a mile away from Pipestem Lake.
And you won't have to get lost along your way! Jamestown, ND is located just halfway between Fargo and Bismarck making it a quick drive from nearly anywhere in North Dakota, western Minnesota, and northern South Dakota.
Driving to our resort is easy with less than a mile to US 281 and less than 10 miles to Interstate 94.
Property Activities
Jamestown and Pipestem reservoirs offer some of North Dakota's finest fishing and boating.
As a state National Wildlife Refuges (more than any other state!) Jamestown offers some of the best birding around! Our softball and baseball diamonds host tournaments throughout the summer. Other activities in the summer include golfing, skiing and fishing. Pipestem Dam and Lake, which is approximately 1 mile west of our cabins offers premium mountain biking trails, for the intermediate to the advanced biker. Maps are available.
Also Jamestown's Klaus park has an 18 hole Disc Golf Course with Innova Discatchers and cement tees. The course was designed in this scenic park alongside the James and Pipestem Rivers.
The Jamestown Speedway operates a full schedule of stock car racing throughout the summer on Saturday nights at the Stutsman County Fairgrounds.
Winter activities include ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing. And for the hunting enthusiasts, we have plenty of waterfowl, small game, and deer in the surrounding area and offer exciting hunting and trapping opportunities.
