"Almost Heaven" Spruce Glades 10 ~ (1623 Sand Run Road). You will delight in the seclusion of this beautiful mountain property as you sit on the deck overlooking Sand Run Lake. Large yard for family games and separate family room for vacation bliss. Canoe is provided for guests. Requires 4 wheel drive in the Winter.
Additional Rate Information
Almost Heaven requires a $300 refundable damage/security deposit. Credit cards are not accepted for payment of security deposits. Please pay with a personal check 30 days prior to arrival or with cash at check in.

Vacation Rental Policies
| Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Personal checks are accepted 30 or more days prior to arrival. |
| Check In: Check in at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office on Route 32 in Canaan Valley, WV. Check in time is 3pm. |
| Check Out: Check out at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office. Check out is 10am. |
| Deposits: 50% of the untaxed rental rate is required to hold the reservation.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: State and local taxes equal 12%.

| Cancellation Policy: No cancellation within 30 days of arrival. $75 penalty for cancelling before 30 days. Optional travel insurance is available. |
| Other Fees: $300 refundable security deposit is required.
Hot Tub fees apply to all properties offering the amenity. $53 minimum fee increases to $106 for stays of 5 or more nights. |
