Great lake views from expansive front porch and just about any room in the house - on the wine trail, and walking distance to shops, spa, restaurants, public beach, boat launch, area attractions and the famous Watkins Glen falls. Enjoy vineyards and wine tastings, Finger Lakes, boating, fishing, skiing. Many child friendly features including safety gates, high chair and pack-n-play. (No Pets, please).

High Season: Memorial Day to Mid September, 1 week minimum stay - $250/night or $1250/week
Low Season: Mid December to Mid March, 2 night minimum stay - Winter weekend rate is $475. Weekly winter rate is $1065
Mid Seasons
Spring: Mid March to Memorial Day, 2 night minimum stay
Fall: Mid September to Mid December, 2 night minimum stay
Winter weekend rate is $500. Weekly winter rate is $1100.
