This spacious chalet is 4,500 sq ft. Most rooms face to the back of the property and overlook the garden and jacuzzi. Four of the rooms have private decks and views of the mountains. 8 person hot tub is private to this unit. The hot tub is located outdoors and is covered by a deck/balcony.
The kitchen has a large fridge, small fridge, range/oven, jennaire range, convection oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, waffle iron, ice maker, matching dishes, matching glasses, matching cutlery, blender and dishwasher.
Bathroom 1 has one basin, toilet, tub, shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and matching towels. Bathroom 2 has one basin, toilet, tub, shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and matching towels. Minimum age of main renter must be 25. No graduation groups accepted. Our home is adult oriented but sometimes we do make exceptions for children 10 or over.
10% discount for stays of 6 or more nights.
Arrival can be any day of the week, you may check in after 3pm and stay until 11am on your departure day.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
