Our Caribbean Paradise can be yours, when you stay in our lovely five-bedroom/4.5-bath villa in the Dawn Beach Estates -- on the Dutch/French border. You can walk or drive down to the beach without ever leaving the gated private community!
Enjoy relaxing in the sun, or swimming in the infinity pool while taking in the panoramic view of Dawn Beach, the harbor, and the islands of Anguilla, St. Kitts, and St. Barts.

St. Maarten/St Martin, "The Friendly Island." France and the Netherlands have shared this haven of sand, sea and sun for more than three centuries. There is a distinctly different feel to each side of the island. St. Maarten/ St. Martin is a safe island. No need to stay put, rent a car and explore the island. Go to Phillipsburg, walk along Front Street and Old Street, and enjoy the duty fee shopper paradise and drinks on the boardwalk overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
