Relax & stay in the only vacation Sugar Mill Villa in St. Croix. This is a one of a kind villa located in Judith's Fancy, a private, mid-island, gated, 383 acre waterfront community.
Surrounded by tropical plantings, your Sugar Mill Villa has been newly renovated with a 2200' addition completed December 2004.
Enjoy your own private, secluded pool overlooking Judith's Fancy, Buck Island and Christiansted.
Your two story villa includes a full functioning kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and eat in area. The living room is comfortable and includes color cable TV, a CD player, DVD Player, radio and library. There is also a sleeping loft for 1-2 persons.
The downstairs full bath has a beautiful, private shower,Hot Tub/Spa, with tropical foliage, exposed to the outside by skylights. The outside stairway past your private pool leads to the air-conditioned suite. The king sized cherry bedroom suite is complimented with a beautiful Waverly ensemble and a half bath for your comfort.
