Surrounded by the clean, tranquil beaches of Fenwick Island, this sparkling new home offers great third-floor ocean views from enormous round windows and decks. The house will have a new heated (for a fee) private pool and spa for 2009. Perfect for 3 families with young children or groups of friends, the home features 4 master suites 3 with king-size beds & 1 with a queen-size bed, a room with 2 sets of bunks. You’ll also find a den with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large playroom with 1 full-size futon and two single futons; and lots of bathrooms- a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and 4 shower/tubs, 4 of which are in Jack-and-Jill (with shared toilet) bathrooms. Has two kiddie pools, one 12 ft by 4 ft, and picnic area in back yard.

Sprawl out in the living room in front of the large, wide-screen LCD high-definition TV with the gang, use Hi Speed Internet-Wifi, or retreat to one of the other 4 cable TVs/DVDs. The spacious, ultra-modern kitchen includes 2 refrigerators and a complete array of cookware and countertop appliances. The house three spacious decks and a party-size third-floor deck overlooking the ocean — a fabulous spot for evening cocktails or a wedding reception. Relax in the 7 person hot tub. The house also has a high chair, pack & play, jog stroller, full size ping pong table.

-----Description of the Area and Activities-----
The guarded beach is about 10 minute walk away from the house and there is off street parking for 6. And if you need it, we supply parking passes for on street parking. There is also access to a large state park beach right up the road with plenty of parking. The park has life guard, showers, rest rooms, snack bar, and umbrella rentals and the beach was replenished in the Fall of 2005 so it is very wide. Fenwick’s beach is guarded, quiet and not at all crowed as you need to have a resident pass to park which restricts the number of beach goers. We supply 2 Wonder Wheel Beach Caddies that holds Full 48 qt. Cooler and up to 4 chairs, plus sturdy mesh bag storing tons of gear. Enjoy the tennis courts at 141st Street in Ocean City. Keep in shape while on vacation – work out at the two gyms that are within a 10 minute car ride. Take a ½ day fishing outing for six with drinks and food. Arrange an eco-kayak tour in salt pond. -----Things To Do In The Area-----
The town Fenwick – Called the Quiet Resort - spans about 14 blocks and the restaurants, stores and activities are an easy walk from the house. The town hall has a good playground for children, a basketball half court, and a shuffle board court and a picnic area. A few of our favorite restaurants include Nantucket’s and House of Welsh .
You can take a short walk to the pristine beach for swimming and surf fishing, wander for miles in the adjacent DE Seashore Park. There are numerous golf courses, bike paths, three boardwalks, and superb dining in 2 states.
Ocean and bay watersports - charter boat fishing, wind surfing. Local watersports: swimming, crabbing, clamming, boating, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing, sport fishing, beachcombing, surfing, shelling, windsurfing.
Day Trip about a half hour from Fenwick: Rehoboth Beach: The town is much larger than Bethany and boasts many shopping and dining options. You can also go antiquing. There is also fabulous sales tax free outlet shopping at 140 Outlet stores. Lewes: Smaller than Rehoboth but a good day trip...very quaint.
