Treasure Island Condominiums, located at the beginning of world-famous Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman Island is the ideal place for a private getaway or a way for several people to share accommodations and reduce the cost of an island holiday.
The Treasure Island Resort features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums and a full service hotel. The condominiums are on the ocean side and each is privately owned. The location features three swimming pools, a wading pool for small children, a swim-up pool bar, a restaurant, dive shop, a beach for sunbathing, and a snorkel reef out front.
Treasure Island is the only resort on Seven Mile Beach with a sandy beach for sunbathing as well as a beautiful snorkel reef for you to enjoy.
You will enjoy the value and convenience of Treasure Island Resort. A variety of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops, and watersports are available nearby. Two golf courses are minutes away.
The Grandview:
The Grandview Condominiums offer gorgeous views of the ocean in a beautiful, relaxing setting. The property features a fresh-water pool, tennis courts, whirlpool, and a beachfront gazebo.
Located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, the property has privacy, yet is ideally situated near a variety of restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of George Town’s duty free shopping. The beach offers great snorkeling, with the pure sand beach a short walk to the north.

Snorkeling
Some of the best snorkeling on the island can be found just outside your patio in front of our property. Tropical fish are abundant just offshore, as well as at the coral reef located a short swim into the sparkling waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Don’t miss going on a North Sound snorkel trip. Dive for conch, eat your catch and a fresh seafood lunch, snorkel the reef, and play with the rays at famous “Stingray City.” Our staff can steer you towards the best boats (the ones not used by the cruise ships). Coral Gardens, Rum Point and other “captain’s favorites” make this the highlight of most vacations to Grand Cayman.
Scuba
The Cayman Islands are world-famous for spectacular scuba diving - warm water, light current, outstanding visibility, beautiful marine life, and first-class dive operators. Dive operators are located on or near our properties and can arrange discounted diving packages before you arrive on the island. Call our reservations office at 1-800-999-1338 for discount diving packages currently available.
If you are not a certified diver, you can still experience scuba diving by signing up for a “discover diving” class (“resort course”). After an equipment and safety orientation, you learn some basic skills in the pool. Then board the dive boat and accompany your instructor on a guided dive to one of the offshore coral reefs. All equipment is included. If you get hooked, full certification courses are available. Or complete the classroom and pool work at home, then come to the Cayman Islands for your open water dives!
Fishing
Deep sea fishing and reef fishing trips can be arranged locally.
Swimming Pools
Meet old friends or new at the unique swim up pool snack and cocktail bar. Three pools, a whirlpool, and a child’s wading pool are all available for your enjoyment.
Golf
There are two golf courses on Grand Cayman Island—Safehaven and Britannia.
Safehaven : The Links at Safehaven is a championship, 18-hole course located two miles from our property. This course is currently undergoing renovations.
Britannia: This course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and is 1.5 miles from Treasure Island. Four days a week, the course is organized as a regulation course of nine holes. The remainder of the week, the course is organized as an “executive course” of 18 shorter holes. The course can even be played with a special Cayman Golf Ball that only goes half the distance of a regulation ball.
Dining
Enjoy spectacular nearby dining on the water’s edge. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the condos. Dining runs the entire spectrum - from fine dining, to island food, to fast food. One thing they all have in common: Dress is almost uniformly “island casual.” Also, most restaurants are good - the bad ones don’t last more than a year. As restaurants change, we send a list of our current recommendations with your confirmation package.
