Villa Gina is 3,400 square feet with three master bedrooms including two end suites.
You Enter the Villa into a large Great Room (living area) with a high vaulted ceiling and a spectacular panoramic view of the beach and cap estate.
The 800 sq ft great room includes a dining area and comfortable living area with exquisite furnishings.
Your entertainment area is the unique and spacious Loft (300sq ft), which again presents you with spectacular views of Caribbean Sea, and sandy beach nearby with a TV, DVD, video players, cassette and CD stereo.
The Kitchen is on a two-step split-level and flows into the great room, making your scenic view from it on uninterruptible.
It is designed with an island bar and is fully equipped with a side-by-side fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, large cooker and dishwasher.
There are three master bedrooms at the Villa Gina. Two are end suites, each with private patios and spectacular views. End suite #1is very spacious (500 sq ft) and has a California King Size bed.
End Suite 1 also has an end suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a unique indoor/outdoor garden rain shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, walk in closet and an end suite shower room.
This room also enjoys a wonderful view and direct access to its own patio
Master Suite 3 has a queen size bed, walk in closet and an ensuite indoor/outdoor garden rain shower. All rooms have an alarm/clock radio, Hair Dryers, Ceiling Fans and seperate bathrooms.
There is a separate fully equipped laundry room for the housekeeper with a washer and dryer.
One of the features of Villa Gina, which gives it its unique tropical vacation experience, is the location of its 14 ft X 25ft Private pool.
From its spacious sun deck, enjoy breathtaking and panoramic views of the beach, sea, champion golf course and cap estate. The pool deck is the only designated smoking area at Villa Gina.
STAFF
Through our Island manager Mrs.Denyse Elliot and staff, you will receive all of the concierge services you would expect from a first-class resort.
MERLIN is the housekeeper and excellent cook. She works from Sunday to Friday 8am to 4:00pm.
BENEDICT is the resident security and general maintenance person. He has his own separate apartment on the property and is there to assist all guests if they have any queries.
