Built from the same white stone as used in the American Whitehouse and Liverpool's Catholic Cathedral, the villa has recently been updated to a high standard providing accommodation for up to 14 people over 3 levels.
With an intimate atmosphere and luxurious surroundings brimming with character and charm, and within walking distance from the picturesque fishing harbour of Sumartin, Villa Croatia II is suitable for a wide variety of age groups and personalities.
In this glorious setting with its century old trees, the manager and her staff extend the warmest of welcomes to each and every guest.
Accommodation
Recently entirely renovated throughout, the villa is beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped. All bedrooms are individually decorated using soft colours and furnished using lush fabrics and white Egyptian cotton linens individually controlled air conditioning and heating can be found in all the rooms. A daily made service will prepare beds and clean as well as provide a turn down service in the evening.
Dinning
On request the villa can be fully or partially catered. The cook can provide a menu with Dalmatian specialities cooked with fresh and regional ingredients as well as a daily breakfast service. All dietary requirements can be catered for. Guests have the choice of dining inside or alfresco. Alternatively guests can sample some of the local restaurants nearby.
Activities
Actiities that can be organised at the villa include water sking, wake boarding, scuba diving etc
Alternatiely guests can relax in the Jacuzzi perched above the sea.
If you prefer to keep your feet dry we have plenty of options including lots of board games, chess, books, home cinema system, stereo system, satellite TV, xbox, table tennis, fishing equipment.
Or, you could find yourself a hammock with a beautiful view and let the gentle sea breezes caress you into blissful oblivion
If you can tear yourself away from the villa, there are opportunities to visit the cultural sites of the island as well as the ancient cities of Split, Trogir and Dubrovnik. The fashionable resort of Bol with its famous beach is just a short drive or boat ride away.
Other activities on the island include Tennis, paragliding, windsurfing, sailing, Kite surfing.
