Villa Manise is a contemporary designed villa situated on the hillside of Rooi Catootje in Curacao. Its lush garden filled with over a hundred varieties of flowers and plants, flowing ponds and waterfalls surround one the most spectacular infinity edged pools imaginable. Enjoy the sounds of waterfalls, birds chirping and the wind blowing through the palm trees while you enjoy a gourmet dinner or a glass of wine on the outside terrace.
This contemporary villa has 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, a fitness room (can be converted into an additional bedroom upon request), a meeting room, Jacuzzi by the pool, outdoor dining area, and an outdoor entertainment area featuring a bar, kitchen, big screen TV, complete sound installation, and more. Enjoy the tranquility of this unique villa without ever having to leave it. Guests are invited to use of the concierge service to make their island stay even more enjoyable. From a romantic candle light dinner at the villa prepared by a private Chef, a masseur for a relaxing full body massage, chartering of a private yacht for deep see fishing or to tour the island, swimming with dolphins, restaurant reservations at Curacaos' best restaurants, and anything else you desire.
Villa Manise is located in one of the islands most upscale residential areas. The beauty of this villa is that you are close to everything (several restaurants and shops are nearby), yet when you are at the villa you have the feeling that you are far away in your own piece of paradise. In reality you are in the outskirts of Willemstad, just 15 minutes away from the airport and less than 10 minutes away from Punda and Otrabanda -Curacao's historic town center with beautiful architecture. You're also just a short drive away from any of Curacao’s 30+ beautiful beaches.

Minimum stay in holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Curaçao Carnival) is 7 nights.
Christmas: 12/20 - 12/27
New Years: 12/27 - 1/6
High season rates will be applied for Thanksgiving week (Nov 17 - Nov 25, 07).
All rates are in US Dollar.
Minimum stay is 5 nights (except during holidays).
One day events: quotation available upon request.
- When renting 4 bedrooms: Guests will have access to the Master bedroom (kings size bed), two double bedrooms (two twin beds each) and junior suite (queen size bed)
- When renting 5 bedrooms: Guests will have access to all the bedrooms in the main house which includes the Master bedroom (kings size bed), two double bedrooms (two twin beds each), junior suite (queen size bed) and master suite (queen size bed).
- When renting 6 bedrooms: Guests will have access to all 5 bedrooms in the villa plus the master bedroom in the apartment (king size bed)
- When renting 7 bedrooms: Guests will have access to all 5 bedrooms in the villa plus both bedrooms in the apartment (one king size bed and two twin beds)
- In the event an 8th bedroom is needed, then the fitness room will be converted into an additional bedroom with one or two twin beds.
- Only the bedrooms that are included in the reservation will be available an open for guests' usage. Other rooms will not be available.
A deposit of 50% of the full rental total is due to secure all reservations. Remaining balance is due no later than 65 days prior to arrival date.
Rates are subject to 12% service fee.
A rental agreement will be issued for each reservation between owner and guests and is required with reservation deposit to guarantee all reservations.
A security deposit of US$750 or credit card is required for all reservations at check-in.
Deposit will be refunded within two weeks after departure of guests minus outstanding balances or cost of replacements.
