Situated directly on Gillam Bay Beach, locally known as Shell Beach, and renowned for its beauty and turquoise waters, the home is set back from the beach and is surrounded by its own garden. The waterfront views are truly breath-taking and spectacular.
From Sand Piper's back deck, you can view the spectacular island sunsets over the Sea of Abaco. In the morning, you can enjoy a technicolor Gillam Bay sunrise from the homes front deck or through the living rooms large glass windows which look out over the front deck at the beach, the Bali Hai private island of Pelican Cay, and the Atlantic Ocean. The huge expanses of glass give the interior of the home a bright and airy feel and an uninterrupted view of the sea as you lounge on large comfy sofas. Sand Piper has three bedrooms, two with their own private full bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed, another has 2 singles, the third bedroom has two full beds.
