'Where the sun melts into the Caribbean each and every night, is a recently built ½ acre Beachfront Villa/Compound located in beautiful Rincon, Puerto Rico, well-known for surfing, diving and spectacular sunsets.
Once you enter though the electronic gates and pass by the flowing fountain in the courtyard you'll find yourself inside tropical landscaped gardens, on the ocean, with only the sound of the wind and waves to sooth your restless soul.
The Villa Playa Maria offers luxury accommodations with unique ocean-views. This 4 bedroom, 6 baths mini-resort is located on the beach, has a heated salt water swim-up pool bar with 2 outdoor restooms & hot & cold fresh water showers, back up power and water reserves, along with state of the art electronics & appliances.
This property is a spacious 3600 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath Main Villa that features a 1600 sq ft. upstairs master bedroom with wet bar, lounge , sitting area, 2 person jacuzzi, Swedish shower, retractable Nana walls, a 600 sq ft wrap around balcony, 3 flat screen TVs with surround sound and a 1200 sq ft 1 bedroom, 2 bath Guest Villa. Both villas have custom Brazilian hardwood doors, imported Spanish roof tiles, Travertine on the floors and on the walls in the baths, granite countertops, a full gourmet kitchen with a serving window to the Pool deck in the Main Villa, ceiling fans and air-conditioning are in all the rooms, etc., etc., etc, ..... too many amenities to list !!!!!
There is a swim up bar for serving cold drinks and grilled foods during the day. We can arrange for a private chef who can prepare meals for your culinary appetite, with service in the privacy of your Villa, poolside, or on the sandy beach in the front of the property. Maid service is available for an additional charge.
The pool with its steps located opposite the lunch bar makes it an easy transition from the deck to the water. Take the connecting steps to a wrap around bench that continues to the submerged pool seats at the Bar designed to provide a cool area for lounging or hanging out . The swim-up Pool Bar has tiled countertops, refrigerator, TV, and 4 outdoor stools with access to separate his and hers restrooms.
There's private beach access through a 20 foot rod iron gate which has an outdoor shower area. We can offer beach chairs, tables, and umbrellas along with, beach volleyball, etc. and of course there's the Surf. Some of the best surf spots on the west coast and in Rincon, are located right in front of the Villas. We are in front of Pistons, with Dogman's and Tres Palmas to the left and Middles, Maria's, The Point and Indicators to the right. It doesn't get any better for water sports in the Caribbean, Deep Sea Fishing and Scuba Diving charters can be arranged for your ultimate pleasures through local charter operators.
The grounds of the property consist of a circular driveway with an entrance and an exit that allows you easy access to your vehicles. You can wander through the grounds and explore the exotic gardens. The landscaping was designed to give guests the ability to experience the natural floral of the Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico and other tropical places throughout the world. Feel free to smell the abundant fragrances of the Islands among the many common and rare species that we have planted for your enjoyment.

If sixty or more days notice is received, 15% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 60 days notice, 25% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented & If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit.

Located on the west coast the coastal town of Rincón hosts many entertaining activities such as surfing competitions, marathons, triathlons and music festivals. Rincón's El Faro lighthouse, which is one of the only two observation parks for whale watching in the whole world, offers a stunning view of the ocean. You can take spectacular trips to nearby areas that include rain forests, coffee plantations, the Rio Camuy Cave Park, the wonderful Phosphorescent Bay, Cabo Rojo's salt flats and Arecibo's enormous radio telescope. Our visitors can enjoy golfing just 25 minutes away in Aguadilla and gamble 20 minutes away in Mayagüez. The town of Rincón offers fine dining restaurants, shops and the services our tourists need, including medical services. In spite of its distinctions, Rincón retains a rural charm.
