This newly renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom duplex is in a doorman building in the popular West Village (also known as Greenwich Village).
The double-height living room has a soaring 18-foot ceiling and double tiers of windows that make it a light-filled and airy space. Living room has a sofa that folds out to be a queen sized bed so that this suite may sleep 1-6 people.
Flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, kitchen with dishwasher, phone with free local calls and wireless internet access.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The total amount of the reservation minus a $90 cancellation fee is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated in Herrick Guest Suites is writing more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. With 15-30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. With 1-14 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited.
