** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

Now with a brand new hot tub!  Your family will have a truly enjoyable holiday experience while staying in this very stylish 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bath mountain home!  From the heated floor, jetted bathtub, higher-end countertops, and upscale appliances and furnishings -this cabin will not disappoint.  The first floor features an open living/dining/kitchen area with a dishwasher, built-in microwave, a French door refrigerator, an island workstation/breakfast bar, a dining table, a powered reclining couch and loveseat, freestanding gas fireplace, and a large flat screen monitor.  One bedroom with 1-full sized bed, full bath (with a jetted tub), outside access to a covered front porch, and access to a large platform deck with a gas grill and a new hot tub through the rear entrance complete the first floor.   Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with 1-full size bed, plus another full bath.  Don’t forget Fido.  This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  The service is currently subject to failure.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.  Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
