An elegant 3-bedroom home nestled on a serene pond, Nature's Nook embodies the relaxed atmosphere of Fripp Island with tranquil marsh and golf course views and easy walking access to the Audobon Trail, a birdwatchers’ dream path with 77 recorded species.

You can also enjoy abundant wildlife right from your private wrap-around deck, where Adirondack-style lounge chairs and a 4-seat patio table invite lazy days by the water. Glass doors marry the spacious deck with a light-filled living area with two leather sofas, flat-screen TV and cozy fireplace. The newly updated home features exquisite details throughout, including hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, and tiled showers.

Although you’ll have plenty of dining options a short car ride away, you may feel inspired by the fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill to enjoy home-cooked meals at the 6-seat formal dining table. Ideal for families or a group of friends, this elegant home up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

The spacious master suite has a private entrance to the deck, mounted TV and en-suite bath with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a separate step-in shower.

This room has a queen bed, full dresser and mirror, and TV. Guests of this room have a full bath with a step-in shower.

This home also has a private washer and dryer for convenience, air conditioning, and free on-site parking -- although generally speaking, Fripp Island is not open to car traffic. We recommend renting a golf cart or cruiser bikes to explore nearby golf courses, trails, restaurants and more. There is parking for two cars in the carport.

Between cool mornings on your private deck, rounds of golf overlooking sandy dunes, and tranquil nature walks where you’re likely to spot deer, great blue herons or even ospreys, Fripp Island is sure to calm your mind and rejuvenate your soul. Nature's Nook gives you the perfect lakefront retreat in the heart of it all.

*Please be advised that this home does not come with Fripp Island guest amenity cards, however, they are available for purchase. These cards must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and the two championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities. The home accommodates a maximum of 2 cars.

As our gift to you for booking with us, we offer free admission to select Sea Islands and Beaufort attractions. Called the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Kazoo Factory, the Escape Room and a free kayak rental.
