We're just 50 yards from the beach, and have beautiful mountain and ocean views. Tradewinds cool the house. The third floor includes a turret, bedroom, bathroom, a small sunning terrace, and a balcony for 2. There's plenty of room for individual or group activities with a 33-foot porch, 2 inside patios, a separate living room, a half basketball court with accurate shooting, and a private walled swimming pool and garden.
"Lina, our cook/housekeeper, and Jacob, who has been with us since we built the house, provide 24-hour coverage and are included in our rates. We accommodate several guests or several families. Children are welcome."
