This condo unit is poised on the top floor of an oceanfront luxury complex, and its front door opens onto the sands of Mission Beach. Its three large windows in the living room offer a generous 180 degree view of the sparkly blue ocean, the long sandy beach and unobstructed golden sunsets each and every night. This is the only unit in the building with views to the North, West and South! Surfing, swimming, sight-seeing, people-watching, and Sea World... It's all right here! This beach front, luxury condo is in the perfect location in the center of Mission Beach; convenient to restaurants, nightlife, and family activities abound. San Diego International Airport is just a short drive or taxi ride. Restaurants and activities are mostly within walking distance or a short bike ride.
The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large sectional leather couches and a matching stretch ottoman that creates comfortable seating for the whole family. There is also a large screen television with full cable channels and VCR/DVD player, stereo system, telephone for local calls, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, hardwood floors throughout and again, AMAZING VIEWS from every seat. The kitchen is brand new, with granite countertops and maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. We also provide a secure, high speed internet connection that can be used throughout the house and even on the sand out in front of the house! Imagine yourself in a beach chair, in the warm sun with the waves crashing next to you doing work or sending emails to friends, family and coworkers back at home. This home truly offers a luxury beach lifestyle!
The master bedroom has two queen-size beds, private master bathroom with spacious walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile and large mirrored closets. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed to maximize sleeping space and large mirrored closets. Both bedrooms have dressers so you can make your self at home, reading lights near the bed and alarm clocks so you don't miss a minute of your vacation on the beach unless you want to.
This home comes with one off street parking space next to the building.
With the beach being right there at the tip of your toes, we also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do.
For an additional $15 charge, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival date. Your order plus the delivery fee will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. $3,000/week or $500/night during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Weeks
$2,600/week or $435/night during the Spring Season (May 3 - June 14, 2008)
$3,500/week or $585/night during the Memorial Day Holiday Week (Saturday - Saturday only)
$3,400/week during the Summer Season (June 15 - September 13, 2008 :: Saturday - Saturday only)
$4,500/week during the 4th of July Holiday Week (Saturday - Saturday only)
**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or refundable security deposit
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter season and Saturday - Saturday rentals during the summer
Policies
PETS: Pets of any kind are NOT Allowed. No animals of any kind are allowed in house or on surrounding property; this includes "visiting" or "stray" animals. If this rule is broken, Lessee's security deposit will be used to resolve the odor and/or flea problems and for any costs incurred to relocate guests checking in after Lessee's departure.
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home.
