The Aquamarina complex is one of St Martin island's most upscale residential communities.
Upon passing through two stone lions that welcome you at the front door, you will enter a mahogany-beamed cathedral ceiling great room, which includes a 75 inch Sony LCD TV and leads onto a large patio with infinity pool and spectacular waterside views.
Attached to the great room is a full stainless steel granite topped kitchen, which is adjoined by laundry room with full washer and dryer.
Going downstairs, you will enter a huge master suite that includes a king-sized poster bed sleeping area and sofa and desk with high speed internet sitting area. The master suite also has an oversized master bath with roman tub, separate shower facilities, double sink, granite top vanities, with a refrigerator. The sleeping area includes a 55 inch LCD TV for your viewing pleasure.
Walking out of master suite is a large cement patio which has a 12 person Jacuzzi and again, spectacular blue water views.
Adjusted to master suite, the guest suite which has full bathroom facilities, 42 inch plasma and separate patio.
On the third level of this magnificent villa is a separate entranced way bedroom suite with full bath facilities, refrigerator and I patio that goes the full length of the villa.
Also available at the Aquamarina complex are a water taxi, gym and sauna facilities with a personal trainer, and guarded and gated security.
