Beds: One room has twin beds which have headboards and cannot be put together. Other room has king which can be made into twins.

Available immediately is a generously sized full two bedroom apartment located in a beautiful garden setting near Hamilton and the beach at Admiralty Park. The ground floor walk out apartment is a ten minute bus ride from Hamilton- or a walk of approximately a mile and a half from Front Street. There is a bus into Hamilton as well as the mini bus which will come and collect you for an extra fee. Motor bikes can be ordered easily from Smatts Cycle Livery which is about 3 minutes away.

The apartment itself is part of a large exquisitely furnished modern home surrounded by gardens, a banana and paw-paw patch and immaculate lawns, fragrant vines and flowers. The apartment has a huge eat in kitchen with full sized appliances and a table, chairs and cutlery, dishes, pots and pans for five. There is a separate livingroom with TV on cable, a private phone line (all long distance calls can only be made by using a BERMUDA CALLING CARD, readily available island wide at gas stations, convenience stores etc). There is a King bed (which can be disassembled into two twin beds) and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Linens are supplied but we ask you to bring your own beach towels as bathroom towels must not go to the shore. There is a four piece bathroom, linen closets, hardwood and ceramic tiled floors throughout and extensive storage capacity. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and the cooling is supplemented and extended by ceiling fans throughout the apartment

A beautiful bricked shady terrace has garden furniture and is equipped with a charcoal BBQ. It is a lovely place to go and read and rest….

If you are a party of 6 or more, it may be possible to rent this apartment in conjunction with C34/ C36 as these properties are only a 3 to 5 minute walk away from one another, and C34/36 is right on the water with its own swimming cove. For larger family gatherings, such an arrangement would provide space, extra bathrooms and kitchens to make a family reunion or gathering of friends that much more comfortable.

There is grocery shopping and a bus stop nearby on Spanish Point Road. If you are going to utilize the bus services, we recommend purchasing the bus/ferry pass but be aware that buses don't run much beyond the rush hours in the evening. A taxi to town (or back again) should cost you no more than $8.00 to $10.00. Hamilton has lovely places to dine and shop, and in the summer months through to October, Harbour Nights on Front Street on Wednesday evenings is a sparkling outdoor market event. With live music, delicious food and unusual locally made items to buy, the street is shut to vehicular traffic and the better shops remain open. Everyone congregates happily til 10 pm. and then drifts off to window-shop, or investigate the night clubs, bars and cafes.

The homeowner is a gentleman who is away at work during the day, and he looks forward to having guests who appreciate his elegant and very private property. The house will be particularly attractive to those longing to escape the harsh North American winter by booking at the attractive all inclusive monthly rate, so plan ahead to stay at this location.
