This Incredible Villa is located on one of the uppermost lots in the Virgin Grand Estates, a private neighborhood of multi million dollar luxury villas such as C'est Blue, Rapture and many others. Sonadores sits at an elevation of more than 600 feet giving you a captivating view that stretches from Little St. James in the south, past St. Thomas and Hans Lollick in the west, to Lovango in the northwest. From sunrise to sunset the sun arcs behind the islands and across the Caribbean and presents you with a slowly changing all day colorful seascape. The blazing sunsets are exceptional, and the twinkling lights of St. Thomas at night also provide memorable views.
About a quarter-mile below you are the restaurants, beach and fitness room of the Westin Resort, while the renowned restaurants and shops of the delightful village of Cruz Bay are a 10 minute drive, entirely on paved roads.

The climate on St. John is considered to be one of the most ideal in the world with average daily temperatures of 82 degrees and a 5-7 degree variation from winter to summer months. Nights are always comfortably warm, even in winter months, and the air is never humid. Rainfall tends to come at night in brief but sudden showers, and rarely does a storm linger over the island for more than a day.

A baby crib is available for infant children. All bedrooms are furnished with King Sized Beds of 14' latex foam. Hypoallergenic (including down alternative comforters) and very comfortable. Bedrooms have views to Cinnamon and Peter Bay, Jost Van Dyke's White Bay, and Tortola. All bedrooms are air conditioned with individual thermostats. Each bedroom suite has full bathroom with covered outdoor shower (one has indoor and outdoor) and a private balcony.
Casa De Sonadores is noted for it proximity to the Westin Beach, gorgeous views, and the beauty of the villa itself. But the surprise bonus (especially on a rainy day) is the large game and media rooms. The 8 leather recliners and high definition projector tv/dvd (110" screen) will satisfy moviegoers. The game room complete with pool table, air hockey, and full sized arcade games will keep everyone having fun till the sun comes back out. |

Our courteous and attentive St. John staff is on duty 7 days a week and will be pleased to advise or assist you in arranging any of the following activities: scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, power boating, kayaking, sportfishing, hiking in the National Park, horseback riding, tennis, water-skiing, parasailing (St. Thomas) and golf (St. Thomas).
One of the favorite activities of our guests is merely lounging around your private pool, enjoying the spellbinding views and reading or relaxing in the splendid privacy and comfort of your own beautiful home.
