The guest has access to the entire apartment and courtyard.

Interaction

As your host, I'll be available from 08:00-22:00 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Please keep in mind that we are not a hotel

Neighbourhood

A quiet, private spot that feels removed, but is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Take a lovely walk on the beach to the east or go west for a stroll near the Intracoastal and stop by Sailfish Marina for a drink at the Tiki or dinner with beautiful sunsets. Also for another lovely walk near the water and to see the inlet there is a paved brick walkway form the town fountain on Bamboo Road to the inlet. The northwest corner of the Cannonsport Marina on Lake Drive has a viewing area to watch the boats and sunsets.

Space

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and waiver or the deposit collection. In addition, the downloading of the DACK application for house manual and check-in instructions.   In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. The space The bungalow is just a short stroll to the beach ON Singer Island (no bridges to walk over!). We are located walking distance to Johnny Longboats and Breakfast at the NY Bagel shop, if you don't feel like cooking, even though you will have a well-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are furnished a queen bed with comfy linens. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and in-unit washer and dryer. Pack-n-Play available upon request. Guest access Guest(s) has access to the entire apartment, laundry room, courtyard. The courtyard is a shared space. Other things to note This property consists of 4 units with a shared courtyard. No Pets allowed. No parties. No smoking. Guests are not allowed to receive any mail or packages. **Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
