The space
The home is a 2/2 with an attached 1/1 in Fort Lauderdale! The house has been updated with hardwood and slate floors throughout. Marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has a connected Studio Apt with a separate entrance which is perfect for trips with the In-Laws and couples that want their own space. The backyard is perfect for socializing and enjoying some backyard BBQ's or for drinking wine after a day at the beach or shopping.
 
This is an absolutely perfect location. Less than 3 miles to the Ocean, 2 miles to the Las Olas Night Life Dining and Shopping. Quick access to 95 / 595 for commutes & under 10 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.
