Laundry room and courtyard are shared spaces. High chair and pack n play are available upon request. Neighbourhood

The El Cid Neighborhood had its beginnings in 1875 when Benjamin Lainhart, the first permanent resident of the western shore of Lake Worth, built a cabin near Barcelona Road. The neighborhood came of age 50 years later during the 1920's Florida land boom. The El Cid District is listed on the local, State, and National Register of Historic Places. With a concentration of outstanding period architecture combined with the community’s dedication to preserving its history, the neighborhood attracts professionals and business owners proud to call El Cid home.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and the deposit collection.   In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. The space This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 1921 Historic home. You'll have a private rear access with door code and a door code for the apartment. There are only 3 apartments on site. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor picnic area for relaxing. A parking spot is also available in the driveway free of charge. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. No pets allowed. **Max occupancy at all times is 3. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
