Our interaction is heavily dependent on the guest(s). We are very proactive hosts but give the guest(s) the option on how interactive they want to be with us. Please keep in mind that we don't respond to service calls between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am unless it's an emergency.

Our quiet & cozy neighborhood is home to more than 40 roaming peacocks. Citrus trees & modern landscaping surround the property. The full laundry features a large-sized Washer & Dryer as well as a hanging area for drying delicates. 2 parking spots are available (there is no on-street parking allowed in this neighborhood). We are licensed by Vacation Rental Ordinance to sleep max 4 Adults. **Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. Outside patio seating dining area, outside ceiling fan in an undercover palapa, mood lights for evening relaxing. Because our neighborhood is in a quiet area full of long-time owner-occupants, we are not able to accommodate parties or hosting events. There is also an imposed 'quiet time' by the city of Fort Lauderdale from 10 pm-7 am. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions. The Peacock Oasis is hosted by PMI Premium Services and is a perfect getaway for couples, yacht crew, or business travelers.
