In addition, the downloading of the DACK application for house manual and check-in instructions.   In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Our interaction is heavily dependent on the guest(s). We are very proactive hosts but give the guest(s) the option on how interactive they want to be with us. Please keep in mind that we don't respond to service calls between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am unless it's an emergency.

The city boasts wonderful parks and recreation facilities, an independent library, and amenities of much larger communities. The kitchen is gorgeous with newer Stainless Steel appliances and a gorgeous view of the water and passes through to the huge covered patio area. Designer lighting and stylish touches throughout this home. You will enjoy unwinding at the end of the day on your patio or on the weekends in your relaxing pool. Conveniently located near major roadways, shops, and restaurants. This home is not to be missed! Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request. ** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet. **Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services.
