While visiting the Greater Fort Lauderdale area you'll experience 23 miles of promenade-lined beachfronts and explore a destination that boasts an impressive art scene, world-class restaurants, craft breweries, nightlife, shopping, casinos, and the Everglades on its doorstep. Cruise along the “Venice of America,” explore shipwreck dive sites in the “Wreck Capital of Florida,” and get lost in botanical gardens with lush tropical plants and native wildlife. The house features the following: *Quiet neighborhood *Free WiFi *2 queen beds, a single and full size bunkbed *Fully equipped kitchen *Covered patio *Nice outdoor space *Privacy fenceSame day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and wavier or the deposit collection. In addition, the downloading of the DACK application for house manual and check-in instructions.   In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
