Endless Summer is a townhouse unlike any other in Barrier Dunes, a gated community on the beachfront. This home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you will find elsewhere. The house is spread over three floors and features an elevator, a game room with a 4-player arcade, an outdoor shower, double driveways that can accommodate six vehicles, and even a Tesla electric vehicle charger. Endless Summer is located on the largest barrier dunes pond and is in a prime location. It is just a short walk from the beach and tennis/pickleball courts. You are sure to have a wonderful vacation on the beach with beach gear and bikes included.
Layout:
1st floor-double driveways with partially covered parking space for 6, pool and pond access, entrance with elevator. Open floor plan on the 2nd level. Large sectional and 55-inch smart tv are included. Laundry room, large dining table seats 9, fully stocked kitchen with seating to 3, bar and double patios with pond views. Two patios have gas grills and flat tops. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with two twins. 3rd floor- Master king suite with private bath and balcony, 2 queen bedrooms each with their own balconies. Game room.
