Kapalua Bay Villa 34B4 is a one bedroom one bathroom condo.  The lanai is the perfect spot to sit back with your eyes closed to feel the breeze and listen to the waves. Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area, high end furniture and a flat screen TV. Central AC will help keep things cool after a day in the sun. The beautifully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. Kapalua Bay Villas is located in the heart of Kapalua with proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay, and more!  Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just a step away from the villa. This property features 2 tennis courts, 3 different pools, and BBQ areas, all available for guest use and enjoyment. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore all within walking distance. You can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking Trail.

Minimum 4-night stay. The bedding is 1 King and a Queen sleeper sofa. 17.42% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 1000 sq. ft. You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee.
