Through the hallway, enter the open living/dining area. The bathroom is located to the left of the dining/living room. It has a tub/shower combination and a single sink vanity. On the right, you will find the bedroom with newly purchased bedding and furniture.
A laundry facility is available on the grounds, as well as a grilling area. The large complex has a park-like setting with palm trees and century old oaks. It also features two large swimming pool, one of which can be heated.
Other community amenities include an expansive fishing pond, a fitness centre, tennis courts, and a children’s playground.
