LESSER BREAZE - Walk to the Beach, 2 Bed/1 Bath on St. Simons Island
Real Escapes Properties proudly presents Lesser Breeze. This unique island property, originally built in 1929, was completely renovated in 1996. The interiors recreate the original 1920's house built by the owner's grandmother, but with modern conveniences.
Lesser Breeze is a 2 bedroom wing to the larger "Fuller Breeze". Lesser Breeze, located in a quiet neighborhood just a short distance from the ocean and the village, is on the island's paved bike path.
All rooms have ceilings with beaded boards and overhead fans. Two cars can be parked. You can use a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, an electric oven, Stack washer/dryer and a refrigerator. Wi-Fi and an outdoor gas barbecue are also available. We hope you will enjoy our home as we do! St. Simons Island has a special feel in every season. We are delighted to share Lesser Breeze!
