Welcome to Demere Landing 135! This is one of the best rentals in the island. This unit comes with a 6 seat gas powered EZ-GO golf cart. The garage has enough room for two cars and a golf cart. The elevator will take you to the three floors above your garage.
On the first level, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room/dining combination. Enjoy the big game on the balcony or enjoy a coffee or cocktail in the living room. There is enough room for two families. The decor is light and airy with large, wide chairs and an overstuffed chair and sofa.
On the second level, you will find your master bedroom. It has a private balcony and en-suite bath. The king-sized bed is accompanied by a flat panel TV and is a comfortable and spacious room. The master suite is completed by a walk-in shower and a garden bathtub. The second floor also includes a bedroom with king-sized bedding, a TV, en suite bathroom, and a private balcony.
On the third floor, you will find two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second has a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has its own balcony and shares the bathroom.
Enjoy the EZ-GO Golf Cart while you are with us. Please only use marine fuel for the cart. Marine fuel is sold at the Friendly Express, located on Demere Rd, just around from Demere Landing. Demere Landing has a pool for the community. This will be your vacation house year after year.
