One full bathroom is downstairs, as well as a washer/dryer that can be stacked.
On the second floor, the dining room and den are open-plan. This is a great place to gather with hardwood flooring, plenty of windows and furniture in light colors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are also plenty of seats around the dining table. On this level, there is also a half-bath. The 2nd floor has a screen porch that is located at the front of the home. There is also a large deck off the dining area. There are plenty of outdoor seats for everyone to enjoy an afternoon outside.
