106 Linkside Drive, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Linkside Patio home with golf course view is beautifully maintained. This one-level home features vaulted living room ceilings and sliding glass doors leading to the sun porch. Both the dining room and kitchen were lovingly updated and renovated - opening up and providing more lighting. The kitchen features a new storage area with all the amenities you would expect.
Both bedrooms are located down a central hall and each has a carpeted floor. The Master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, an en suite bathroom and a television. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed and television.
A wonderful patio is just steps away from the kitchen and master suite. It beckons you to explore it. Enjoy the fairway views after a round of golf at Sea Palms Golf Course. In the Linkside Homes community, there is a pool.
