Sea Colony is a gated resort community with walking/biking trails, 1/2 mile of private beach, 34 tennis courts, 11 swimming pools, fitness center, playgrounds and a complimentary shuttle to drop you off at the beach. This comfortable condo is a one-level duplex with a private deck off the back and cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Adjacent to one of the lakes and a set of tennis courts.
