Just seven minutes from the city of Hamilton, this home is situated in a very peaceful neighborhood, with rolling lawns facing the open ocean, and cruise ships sailing past a mile or more off shore. The studio apartment faces the ocean on the walk out level of a mid sized house: the apartment enjoys unobstructed views over the ocean and towards Dockyard, located in the most western end of the island.
The apartment has a comprehensive kitchenette and private bath redecorated in January 2004(with shower, toilet and sink), private entrance etc. Air conditioned for your comfort, the apt. also has a smoke detector. The compact kitchen offers every amenity necessary, including an iron and a hairdryer! Air Conditioned, Beach umbrella available. Kitchen facilities do not include an oven.
Sleeping arrangements are a Queen bed, with two easy chairs for relaxing while watching television or reading. Big Adirondack style chairs on the lawns facing the ocean will be where you will want to eat your meals, watch the cruise ships sail sedately by, or the stars come out in the evening….
The main house is situated in a very peaceful residential neighborhood, at the end of a small private road, with a small grocery store located not a 2 minute walk away and a bus route that will whisk you into town to a depot from which all buses island wide depart. For visitors wanting the fine dining and shopping of Hamilton nearby, and the unparalleled views of the ocean in your front garden, this is the suite for you...
