Enjoy all the amenities this Award Winning Community has to offer. Tennis, Basketball, heated swimming pool, children's playground, park areas, 26 acre fishing/swimming lake and much more. The Compound (as it's called) is located directly across the street from Lake Michigan's best beach! 6 bedrooms plus a den off the kitchen that is currently being used as a 7th bedroom with 4.5 baths. The finished basement also has an extra living room for the family to hang out in. Some of the many features of this home include: 3 full levels of living space, full kitchen with granite counter tops and large dining table, living room on main level, and a large living area in the finished basement. This beautiful home has plenty of room for friends and family! But, if you still need additional room you should check out the Guest House which offers 1 bedroom plus loft, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, and washer/ dryer.
Within walking distance of the Michigan City Zoo, Washington Park playgrounds and marina. Feel like shopping? The outlet mall is less than a five minute drive. Feeling lucky? The Blue Chip Casino is a three-minute drive. Great dining options locally and in New Buffalo, Michigan which is a quick 15 minute drive.
Feeling adventurous? There is a skate park just five minutes away, Jet Ski rental at Washington Park beach and fishing charters by the score. If you like your adventure on foot, try the many trails and beautiful grounds at the Indiana Dunes Lakeshore State Park. The list goes on from here!
