This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located in the exclusive residential area of Terres Basses.
The villa has its own private pathway to the superb white sands and great swimming of Bay Rouge, one of St. Martin's finest beaches, but still retains a completely private and secluded setting.
The house is made up of individual units providing ample space and plenty of intimacy. There is a large airy living room with spectacular ocean views and opens to a dreamy flowered courtyard with a fountain and superb view.
Accessing the living room is a large professionally equipped kitchen, more than adequate for the most demanding of gourmet cooks.
The villa has an enormous pool located within the beautiful tropical landscaped gardens with a pool house and a spacious media room and gym. There is also a delightful gazebo area perfect for breakfast or for watching the glorious Caribbean sunsets.
Four bedrooms each with their own separate entrance are accessed from the exterior and have en-suite baths and walk-in closets and air conditioning.
