This house has it all! Not only are you sitting right across the street form a gorgeous
chunk of Lake Michigan Beach, but you have excellent views right from your front
deck. Then, to top that, you have a large family indoor pool which is surrounded by a
2 story cedar room. If the weather is nice, open all the sliders and skylights and flow
from inside to the sun decks. If the weather is not cooperating... No worries, the pool
and room are just as wonderful closed up! You are no longer at the mercy of Mother
Nature.
While inside the home you will enjoy the living-dining and kitchen areas all with great
views, the Viking Stove to cook for your crowd, roomy basement rec-room with
fireplace, full size pool table and more.
Just a short drive away to the Michigan City Zoo, Washington Park playgrounds and
marina. Feel like shopping? The outlet mall is less than a five minute drive. Feeling
lucky? The Blue Chip Casino is a three-minute drive. Great dining options locally and
in New Buffalo, Michigan which is a quick 15 minute drive.
Feeling adventurous? There is a skate park just five minutes away, Jet Ski rental at
Washington Park beach and fishing charters by the score. If you like your adventure
on foot, try the many trails and beautiful grounds at the Indiana Dunes Lakeshore
