| Floor to ceiling windows in the living room let you enjoy the view from many angles. Main level – two bedrooms one with king, one with double, full bath and laundry room in hallway, large custom kitchen, dining room, and living room with gas fireplace and beautiful stonework. Upstairs – Loft sitting area with a television, 3 bedrooms including master with a king and private bath, room with queen, and room with two twins, there is a second bathroom in the hallway. The lower level includes a game room with a pool table, and a large living area with a game table and wetbar. A half bath completes this level. |

Blue Ridge Getaways' rates include all towels, bed linen and full departure cleaning. If you need anything during your visit, we are always on call with maintenance or housekeeping services. We've tried to think of everything to make your vacation great!
For summer rentals complimentary access is included to the Chestnut Springs Pool and the Rhodes Farm Pool. Some properties include complimentary access to Lake Monican, the Blackrock Pool, and the Stoney Creek Pool.
Security deposits for holiday periods are not refundable in the event of cancellation. The applicable holiday periods are Martin Luther King Weekend, Presidents Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and the entire period between December 20 and January 2.
We cannot control the weather and do not guarantee conditions at the resort. No weather related refunds will be issued.
