Ideal for larger families or three couples who each want a luxury master bedroom with its own master bath. We are proud to provide everyone in your party with FREE access to the new $3,000,000 Beach Club, shaded parking, 24 hour security and scheduled maid service. At night you will especially enjoy the best night view in all of Los Suenos ("The Dreams"). Our large patios (with outdoor ceiling fans) directly overlook the waterfall pool, the yachts in Herradura Bay, and the lighted Beach Club, which is 50 feet away.
The "Hook Up" sports bar/cafe, El Gallion fine dining and two new restaurants have recently opened in the Marina Village.
In the evening, it is so enjoyable to walk down to the Marina and dine at a choice of four Restaurants, or on those special nights simply order convenient room service from the Marriott ( 3 more restaurants)! And of course, our suite also has a completely modern kitchen! Be sure to visit the Los Suenos Resort website for more spectacular pictures.
You will appreciate the convenience of the Marriott and CASINO which are just a two minute walk across the gorgeous lighted footbridge over the stream which flows past the condo.
We utilize an on-site English-speaking property management team, Costa Rica Luxury Rentals (CRLR), in order to provide you with all of the many services you will want & need such as airport transportation, money matters, check-in, keys, Beach Club passes, parking, car & golf cart rental & scheduled maid service.
CRLR can also help schedule your door-to-door day trips to see ALL of Costa Rica's world class destinations including white-water rafting, Manuel Antonio National Park, Arenal Volcano, the rain & cloud forests, river bird watching excursions and canopy zip-line adventures, just to name a few.
The on-site Marina Village includes four restaurants, Interfin Bank, car rental, golf cart rental, internet cafe, gourmet food store, upscale clothing shops and art gallery. Los Suenos can provide almost everything you need, on-site!
It is also nice to go for a walk along the 18 hole golf course which meanders through the jungle, beside the streams and past the Pacific Ocean's edge, where you can expect to see the local monkeys, tucans, scarlet McCaws, humming birds, adorable furry pizotes and scores of bird, butterfly and flower species, which change on a daily basis.
For those of you who enjoy golf...get ready! The golf course through the old growth jungle will be more than memorable!
If you like WORLD CLASS SPORT FISHING, you will really have it made...it is a 3 minute walk under a completely shaded fica tree canopy to the charter boat rentals in the now world renown Los Suenos Marina.
