You can Snorkel and swim without ever leaving your villa. Colorful fish and coral reefs line this waterfront property. You can lay in a hammock, listen to the gental surf, and sink into deep relaxation. Or come in from a delightful snorkel and retire to the hottub, all without ever getting into a car.

Inside Beach Walk you'll find the great room surrounded by glass to take in full views of the crystal clear water and Caribben Sea beyond. Furnished in Island style, Beach Walk is pleasantly decorated. The kitchen is well equipped including a pass thru bar into the great room, all with full views to the water. Of course, the water is so close that even the slightest surf can be heard sending the senses into that relaxed state that only water sounds can provide. Both bedrooms and Great Room are air conditioned or if you prefer, open all the large surround windows to enjoy the clean ocean breeze.
Convenient to beaches, shops, and dining Beach Walk is only five minutes away. Just far enough to feel the privacy you find driving to the end of Chocolate Hole Bay and down a long winding driveway to the villa and the water. Beach Walk offers island living at its best. Best location, comfortable, and private.
Beach Walk is located Oceanfront on Chocolate Hole Bay. Watersports are available at nearby Great Cruz Bay and the Westin Resort. Cruz Bay town is only minutes away. Ferry connections, duty free shops, and many fine restaurants.
St. John is a lovely and enchanting island that is noted for its unmatched natural beauty, its tranquil peacefulness and its outstanding homes and villas.
Clear, gleaming white sand beaches fringe the many bays scalloped out along St. the Northern shore, and the iridescent water is perfect for swimming.
The climate on St. John is considered to be one of the most ideal in the world with average daily temperatures of 82 degrees and a 5-7 degree variation from winter to summer months. Nights are always comfortably warm, even in winter months, and the air is never humid. Rainfall tends to come at night in brief but sudden showers, and rarely does a storm linger over the island for more than a day.

Our courteous and attentive St. John staff is on duty 7 days a week and will be pleased to advise or assist you in arranging any of the following activities: scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, power boating, kayaking, sportfishing, hiking in the National Park, horseback riding, tennis, water-skiing, parasailing (St. Thomas) and golf (St. Thomas).
