SnowPine Village is nestled in the rolling hillside of Holiday Valley Resort located in Western New York. The quaint village of Ellicottville is less than three miles away with many shops and restaurants to pique the interest and appetites of guests from far and near. This picturesque condominium and townhouse community is located on the southernmost portion of the resort with direct ski slope access to the slopes of Holiday Valley for winter enjoyment. Summer occupants experience the beauty of nature and enjoy a view that overlooks the Holiday Valley golf course.

SnowPine Village "house" rules
•Two vehicles allowed on site per unit reserved - by permit
•NO pets allowed by rental guests
•SnowPine Village is a No Smoking Association, e.g. Units, Hallways, Stairwells
•Quiet hours: 11pm - 8am
•RVs, trailers, buses, ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, etc. are not allowed on SnowPine Village property. Alternate parking is available nearby.
•Security personnel is on site during the winter months and patrols the area during the Spring / Summer / Fall.
•Fireworks and bonfires are prohibited.
•Free high speed internet access available to all guests - no password required!!

Winter season brings snow, four wheel or all wheel drive may be needed.
We suggest you prepare for the winter rentals, no refunds will be given if you are unable to get to the property because you do not have four wheel drive .


Activities and Special Interests

Winter : offering ski-in, ski-out access!
•Sking, skiing, skiing... snowboarding and snowshoeing too!!! - Located on the infamous Wall slope at Holiday Valley, SnowPine Village offers ski-in, ski-out convenience. The SnowPine chairlift operates daily from opening until 4:30pm, weather permitting, at the discretion of Holiday Valley. A variety of slopes and trails of varying degrees of difficulty from beginner to expert provide ski access to and from SnowPine Village. Lit trails bring you back to SnowPine after the lift closes. Holiday Valley offers 52 slopes and trails with twelve lifts, many of which are open for night skiing. Holiday Valley anticipates operating from late November into April. In addition to downhill skiing, groomed cross country terrain is also available.
•Holimont is a private ski area adjacent to Holiday Valley and welcomes weekday skiers to enjoy their ski area.
•Tubing Park... just a short drive from Ellicottville, approximately 5-miles north-east on Route 242. Hours of operation will be posted on Holiday Valley's web page.
