Property Description

Established at the end of 1999, Sea Breeze Guesthouse is situated in Vineta, in the northern part of Swakopmund, a mere ten minutes drive from the town centre. The ocean can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. Accommodation comprises of triple, double and single rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, as well as self-catering units, which can accommodate up to five people, with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

One unit is totally wheelchair friendly with bathroom and room customized to accommodate disabled persons. Our facility includes laundry service, secure parking, internet and Wi-Fi. We can assist and advise about the activities in and around Swakopmund and we are more than willing to book it for you. We will discuss and book your dinner reservation when you arrive at Sea Breeze. Sea Breeze Guesthouse is a family business and your needs is our concern.

We are always happy to spend time with our guests, providing information about the coast and – more in general – about Namibia.

Cancellation Policy

• All reservations, cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing to the guesthouse.
• Provisional bookings can only be guaranteed for a limited period, which will be stipulated on the provisional booking
confirmation. If the booking is not confirmed during this time, it will automatically be cancelled.
• All cancellations will be confirmed in writing, non receipt of cancellation confirmation means that reservation
has not been cancelled.

Deposit(s)

Tariffs/rates quoted include accommodation, VAT and all Government levies. The guesthouse reserves the right to amend the
tariffs/rates accordingly should the percentage level of VAT be increased or Government levies be increased during the duration
of this agreement, or if the Namibian Dollar should be officially devalued, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may
occur in the duration of this agreement. All tariffs/rates quoted in this agreement as specified in the rate sheet of the
respectiveaccommodation establishment are in Namibian Dollars, per unit, per night.
In the event of refurbishment programmes, upgrades or any unforeseen exceptional circumstances, the guesthouse
reserves the right to seek alternative accommodation in a hotel of similar standard or a hotel conveniently situated.
